Firstly which is the best version of Adobe Photoshop you can get in terms of cutting and graphics making.

Secondly can you just download a version (the same one) after the trial has run out?

Cs2/cs3 is the best

cs3 is newer but i prefer cs2

no you cannot download another trial afer using it, but there are certain cracks for the trial, which you can find on google
