Run Outs during AI Innings

AI taking no risk , easy single not to be taken , where there can be 2s AI takes single .

In One days and T20, when require run rate is high then AI should take 1,2 even 3 runs and take risky runs .
Require quick runs from AI same as in real . Then the game will be more challenging .
The thought to make AI do so is good but IMO it's really tricky and too much work because either people will start getting way too many run outs or they would be running like cheetah..Even if you see the fielders in issue was sorted and what we get along with it, fielders sliding over the boundary to stop..So it's fine the way it is though easy singles when straight hit to fielder is something they could look into along with the boundary issue..Maybe they can bring additional option to bring outfield fielders UP like we have for WK, slips and close fielders..That could solve this issue and if people want them back at the rope they risk boundary fielding...

It Should be conditional , If RR is 4-5 Then it ok but If it is 5-6 or more then definitely Take risky runs is only option .

Till now any cricket game AI have never been smart these small things will be helpful to closer to realistic

Then wouldn't that be 'not' obvious... ! Doh! If you 'think' it... If the process is there for the AI then it's there for humans or not, just adding my incentive.

Not really sure what you mean. OP asked if it was possible to run AI out to which you asked "is there a difference between online and offline?" And I said this is an incorrect comparison because online does not involve AI at-all. So what's your point again? Not picking a fight, just trying to understand what you mean.

u can do online co-op vs AI though :)

I have no idea, I feel we have crossed wires I was so emotionally drained by another poster who rubbed people up the wrong way that I have no idea WTF I am on about there was a point there but I have missed the boat... Yes, runouts but why I am sure I have had some but don't play online. In general I think it was about the diversity and difference between playing online and only against the AI... ? Plot lost, sorry!

Yeah realistic AI doing "smart" things is definitely the way forward but would like to get the AI perfect in gaming sense..Theres never a perfect game but this game has come one step closer and if they continue this way for say 3-4 versions with getting the perfect combo for gameplay and AI then we can think about getting these kind of things into the game without hurting it much..Too much leap can cause an issue with balancing...

And in this game I would like them to get back the version of the game which had everything good in it gameplay wise back into the game...One forced patch just diverted the track..

Okay cool thanks interesting but what's the point.... No it was for someone else who bored many about this issue.

But many thanks.

Had one yesterday you guys were talking about, where the striker just stood outside the crease. I think this might be one of the easier fixes, as IIRC DBC14 had timid AI running but a later patch made them more aggressive. I am not a fan of the throwing mechanism, too many throws in the green zone go to the keeper or bowler.
