You need Akhtar in the team as he simply scares batsmen. He can make top order batsmen look like no 11s. He can swing the ball, has a vicious bouncer and a deadly yorker. Whats not to like?! Also, he can remove the tail very quickly and very cheaply. This is useful in Modern day cricket (especially ODIs) where the tail can add a vital 20-50 runs for the last 2-4 wickets. This in ODIs is a lot and you need an Akhtar type bowler to restrict the tail from wagging.

All in all you need Akhtar there in the team!

Well after his performance today he should be in the team. He has such a good cricket brain! He knows how to bowl to people. I was right about him restricting the tail to score easily as his last 3-4 overs went for around 11 and he took 3 wickets in them! 9 overs 4 for 43 isnt bad for his first game in god knows how long. You need akhtar in the team!
