I can't think of any songs about "orange". It doesn't rhyme with anything... except maybe "lozenge". That would be a weird song.

"Lemons" and "Clements" don't rhyme well at all. But by just slightly tweaking the word order, we can fix the rhyme without changing the underlying meaning of the lyrics:

Lemons and oranges,
Hide the smell of throat lozenges.
But for really bad throat pain,
Peter gargles cocaine.

Problem solved.
