Substitute fielders

I'm guessing substitute fielders(not the official 12th men, etc), just kit out in whatever spare stuff is lying around? Like guys like Ryan Carters, Theo Doropolous, guys who've never had an international cap.

Yep, often you see the sub fielders out on the ground with no cap, a plain white shirt etc. but if a guy is going to be out on the field for any length of time, an effort is made to find him a proper looking fielding kit.

eg. Jordan Silk who fielded at Hobart for Ben Hilfenhaus

Maybe he got to wear Hilfenhaus' stuff...not sure there'd be a lot of baggy greens lying around a dressing room.
