It is very difficult to expect a rational attitude from India here. I agree with the line-up that you've posted and do hope they take those sort of decisions- however, I really doubt they'd do so.

This is without considering the probable inclusion of Kohli. Anyone getting cut for Kohli will feel harshly done by and I assume that someone may be Gill or Jaiswal, possibly even both Varma and Rinku.

Not in favour of Pant coming in here. A few smacks doesn't define a player and I am yet to see a single innings of substance from Pant this IPL. It would be taking a big name for the heck of it.

The '???' can be filled by Sundar, Bishnoi/Chahal and Arshdeep. As aback up, I'd take Jitesh (instead of Kishan), since I like what I've seen of him so far. Additionally, would also take in Rinku Singh as he gives that much needed impetus in the lower middle order.

Harsha Bhogle has become unbearable these days. Was always cheesy and is more cheesy these days. There was a time when I used to mute Manjrekar, but now I prefer him cause of his no-nonsense talk. If Bhogle continues this way, the day ain't far when there would be a direct shootout between Bhogle and Athar Ali Khan.

I still maintain that Harsha is one of the most overrated commentators in cricket. Lacks insightful analysis, can’t really creative intriguing narratives or entertainment like a ‘play commentator’ would and uses increasingly flowery phrases and words to make up for the total lack of substance.
