Okay, so 'Leg Cup', Late Cut, Block, Square Cut, Hook, On Drive, Off Drive and Straight Drive are 'back foot' shots, that need the LT modifier.

So how am I supposed to play a 'back foot' Cut and Pull for the USA tour mode?

Apparently a 'leg cup' shot is good enough to do the leg glance one, but I can't do a regular cut and I can do a Pull shot (despite that being front foot) but not a hook shot.

Anyone figure out how to play those 2 shots yet?

You have to use both triggers at the same time to play a hook shot or a cut shot.

I was able to play those shots with both triggers - but that goes directly counter to what the controls are listed as.

There's no mention at all of shots being played with both triggers and the Hook shot is mentioned as being LT + , which ticks off the pull shot, despite that being listed as just without using triggers.
