Yeah you have quality members like Zorax, Sureshot and of course James who i'm sure lots of people would be interested in. So the usergroup idea is also scrapped.

Now I do like the sound of this join date idea. Should be a year at least although that might be a bit unfair on the new members around like wdfu_ben who I think is a smashing chap.

I thought a year at first but due to good members like Ben and other members who have just joined i thought it a bit unfair and cut it to 3-4 months. I think it should be 1,000 posts (I'd say 850 minimum IF...) and the member has been at PlanetCricket for 3 months.

How about a counter-solution? Have to have been on for a year but if not, you need 1,000 posts?

I think its fair to say that it should be trailed out...

I don't think it should be once a month, i think it should be every 2 weeks.

No i'm pretty set on a month. It takes time to organise the question and the interviewee itself. It's not my decision though, i'm going on public opinion.

I would agree with that too. The person/people running this could be busy too, so a month sounds fine.

All three are quality in their own way;

Sureshot - For posting such knowledgeable stuff in the cricket sections.

James - Is hilarious.

Zorax - Okay maybe just two of them are quality then...

Are you going to head this if it gets the go ahead or is the job of Interviewer going to be put up.... I myself think that everyone should get a turn who expresses interest. (Obviously stipulations would have to go a long side this, such as 1000 posts etc.)

I'd be much interested to help.... I think that you should gather a team of 3 or 4, and every month you give the go ahead to one of them...Or as i said, if you had 2 a month, if you have a team assembled it would be easier. If you want to take the credit for this then i would suggest you would head this project and take on the first one yourself...Set the benchmark

i agree with simon, evo its your idea so you should lead it and make sure its amazing
