Just to add something constructive to the thread we actually ran something like this at Onesports.net (where I was an admin). A pinned thread where people would ask questions and the person being interviewed would answer them as they went along.

Where the questions scripted or previously arranged? If not then I could see that developing into chaos. I like the idea of compiling a list from the Question thread and sending them off to member x. Member x would then answer each question in either a separate thread or one devoted to all question answering.

Unscripted. Q&A within the thread but with the understanding that the member would let a few questions stack up before answering them.
Smaller community though. I wish I had a db backup so I could show you.

I like the idea of PMing the questions to the member tbh, the other way it would get way too messy.

Ah I see. I really couldn't see that working here though; Far too many people for something like that to take place. The system that PakPassion has works very well which is what i'm basing mine on. If this does take off and becomes a success we could possibly have a sub-forum in General Chat devoted to just the finished interviews. It's still far too early to contemplate that yet though.

I haven't made a nominations thread yet because we haven't completely decided on the schematics of this thing yet. Plus, none of the Aussies have had a chance to see it yet. I might start it tonight but it all depends on what Colin and a few other authoritative figures say.

i think there should be two people per month do the same questions to both aswell then we can see the differences
