Hmm, it will be interesting to see where Virat Kohli ends up on this list by the end of his career.

How would you do a Top 100 or a 150 with Tests? It has way too much history I feel and the standard with most sport nowadays is that the 'past' was greater or better than the present, not that I agree with that, but, that's how most people look at things.

^It would be a lot more difficult to weigh up the value of players of different eras that's for sure, might even be easier to split it down the middle and do a top 50 players from the 70s onwards and a top 50 from before that. The downside of that is that your top 50 from the modern half would look fairly similar to the ODI list we've just done. Oh well, plenty of time to think about it - I'm not volunteering to make another list for a while yet...:yes
