West Indies player fielded for England in Test

Don't know if this has been covered but in a Test match West Indies were batting and Dillon of the West Indies appeared as a fielder for England....didn't notice him for a few minutes [until Richie Benaud mentioned his name]
Dillon wasn't in the list when I wanted to changed the bowler though he was on the field.
England had already completed their 1st Innings.
Annoying as I'd batted for hours and had to abandon the match.
On easy level by the way.
Has anyone had this happen?

That's definitely a new one.

I come accross this one a few months ago. Sum1 from the opposition was fielding at Long Off or Long On for me. Didn't have an extra player though. One of my players was taken off
