I started this thread to see what people like? Because I find it annoying when people keep on supporting some team, which is right at the top of points table, battling with one of the team at lower half of points table, whenever their home team or the team they support is not in picture- without any reason like their FC squad has those players.

I have noticed this tradition being started in PC too, my real life friends are going hayware, betting thousands of money.

I'm sure no-one particularly wants to see dead rubbers, but no-one really wants to go for the team that loses all the time either. Personally, in the IPL I couldn't care less who wins when KKR and Kings XI aren't playing. In general I support the underdog among neutrals, but some wouldn't be able to stomach the amount of losses that goes with that. I can't say I blame them exactly, although I wouldn't have much respect for someone who was always supporting the dominant team. In fact, if my team was too dominant, I might stop supporting them!
