Just like them.... Davison was one of the best players in the World Cup.

doesn't davison relate to australia in some way? i remember reading in the paper that he was something to do with nsw player...not sure

Born in Canada to Australian parents who were working over there.

Moved to Australia after a few months and was brought up there. Went to the Australian cricket academy in 92/93 and went on to play for Victoria. Couldn't get a game for Victoria as he was being kept out by Shane Warne (he's actually a spin bowler, not a batsman!), so last season he moved to South Australia.

He sent a letter to the Canadian Cricket Association in 1994, saying that he wanted to play for the country of his birth, the idiots didn't reply til 2000.

No.... I support someone who just happens to have Australian parentage and plays for an Australian team.

What he means is that Scotland and England are not the same thing. They're two different countries.

Scotland are a separate member of the ICC. They played in the 1999 World Cup remember!
