At the moment Ryder is the best form wise at the moment, though it remains to be seen if he can keep motivated to perform at his best in the long term, because that was his biggest problem in domestic cricket, he just seemed bored by the lack of challenge he was facing during that phase. Hopefully the coaching staff keep him motivated, because if they don't, we will have another McMillan on our hands.
