Now I've seen the 13 man squad, it's most likely that is going to be Onions. Panesar and Bell will drop out. I don't think England will play with two spinners, with Swann being the other spinner.

Bell is the back up. Straight fight between Onions and Panesar. I wouldn't touch Monty with a barge pole at the moment. XI is picked easily, in my eyes.
