5 Best Xbox 360 games of the year (in no order):

1.Bioshock
2.Mass Effect
3.Halo 3
4.Rockband
5.Orange Box...

Now look at the PS3 list

1.Uncharted
2.MGS
3.Rock Band
4.ummm...Heavinly Sword..But that got like a 6
5.Everyday Shooter.

Research those games, come back and tell me that you still think PS3 is better..

God damn fanboys, just look at the damn games available on the PS3 it's rubbish.
 
there are 2 reasons i dont like ps3 (keep in mind im a bit more of a sony fan than nintendo and mircosoft ) one is coz its not bakcwards compatible with ps2 games and 2 its way to expensive, but i have no more probs bout anything else.

Because that game is art, and it's better than.. well all of the pieces of crap you put in there really the good games in there that are PS3 exclusive are:

Uncharted
MGS

and if you had every day shooter, I'd put that there.

That's it, the rest of those titles are just rubbish.

And I don't own a 360 by the way.. I own a PS3, believe it or not :(

The ONLY reason i would get a PS3, apart from being mentally insane and love throwing money down the toilet, is for the Top Gear test track being included into GT5 (It is GT5 isn't it?).
 
I'm going to get a PS3 when I have enough cash, I've decided online will be a lot easier to set up having asked friends, if I wait till my birthday money won't be a problem, I bum GT and MGS, I reallly can't be bothered paying for online and pretty much every person I know who owns both prefers the ps3 which for me says everything.
 
Not paying for online doesnt make it better. Microsoft's online play is much much more advanced as Microsoft does that sort of thing. Ok theres been a few problems of late, but Xbox 360 is so much better.

And i know what i'm talking about as i know 3 or 4 people with a PS3, one is my best mate and she even agrees that it was wrong! I think the PS3 is just too much money.
 
Yeah but for me online plays not worth paying for, at least not until I get my rubbish internet connection sorted out. For me moneys not the problem although I'll admit I have a soft spot for sony and nintendo becase a) I don't want microsoft to take over the world and b) I've had issues with Xboxes, lets leave it at that.

This is possibly the funniest post i have ever read. It's up there with a few from usy.

Right, lets dissect this post....

360 games:

1.Bioshock- Good game, not amazing, a good play but not the best game of the year.
2.Mass Effect- Fantastic game, one of the best RPG's out there.
3.Halo 3- Meh, i'm not a fan of the halo series, single player was average at best.
4.Rockband- Not out yet, and its coming out on PS3.
5.Orange Box..- Good series of games included, also on PS3.

PS3 list:

1.Uncharted- Game of the year.
2.MGS- not out yet
3.Rock Band- not out yet
4.ummm...Heavinly Sword..But that got like a 6
5.Everyday Shooter

I'm not even willing to discuss the final 2 choices on the list, as frankly it's fanboyism at it's greatest. I'm not doubting the fact that the 360 has a better games library, which frankly it does, but the reasons for that are because it's been out over a year longer. The PS3 has been out since March in the UK, and has some very, very solid titles:
- Uncharted
- Resistance
- Singstar
- Heavenly Sword
- Motorstorm
- F1
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma
- Oblivion
- Folklore
- Ridge Racer
- Warhawk
- Jericho
- Guitar Hero

If you can still doubt the PS3's library after i've provided you a list that substantial, the majority of which being exclusives, i think you'll be kidding yourself.

The 360 is the better gaming platform atm, again, because its been out longer, much longer. The 360 also has the FAR FAR superior online facility, Home, i expect will be lame, but Live is superb. Fact. The PS3 is a much more multimedia based system, it's much much quieter, which allows you to watch a dvd in peace, at a normal volume level without all the background cooling and disc spinning going on. It's much quicker to upload music and photos to the PS3, and uploading videos to it is easier. For me personally, the PS3 has everything, solidly made, decent games, more multimedia based, but i understand why the 360 is so popular. I dont see the point in having mass arguments about which, as frankly everyone's opinions differ. If you just out right say that a console is crap, and it's fans are idiots, you're going to be missing out on a whole range of titles, and be seen as a muppet when you express your views.
 
As posted the 360 is like having a ferrari in your room its so loud, There are great games for the ps3 it depends what your into, So what if there not exclusive, Of course the ps3 wont have as many games the 360 has been out for longer than the ps3.,I am certainy not willing to pay 59.99 for a wireless adaptor and then 39.99 a year to play online. So overall the xbox does nearlly add up to the same amount as the ps3. The ps3 is also alot quieter.

Xbox 360 - Wireless Adaptor, 12 month online membership, xbox 360 + 3 games + 1 controller = 379.97

PS3 40GB + 1 game + Controller - 299.99

Also the game basically cost the same. Neither have backwards compatibility
 
Xbox will probably be the better console in the end. Its down the preference all the way.
