Thats a good rescue in the end. :clap Windies can make it still :p Com'on Windies... get them.....

wow the windies did well to get to there, but they made it difficult for themselves

Yep - hopefully Zimbabwe can get some good partnerships and the young guys can make a good inpact and win the game.

Goodluck with the run chase. ;)

Bad Start
A good six hit by our man ferreira but then he simply got LBW'd by Bravo with a very poorly timed shot.

Well a bad start in the first 10 overs but the only good thing is we got 9 wickets in hand but WI can bowl very well so we could actually lose this.

Windies need wickets to win this.. they have to get that quickly!

Zimbabwe In West Indies
Zimbabwe v West Indies
First One Day International

Zimbabwe trying to pick it up!

Well in this tight game after bowling so well, Zimbabwe are starting to put on the brakes after a dissapointing first 10 overs of the match. So they try to pick up the pace a little and experiment with lots of boundries being hit but still not going quick enough for the required run rate. But then West Indies brought in their own little sceme and finally it worked.

Maungwa Disbeliefed And Sent Back To The Pavillion.!

Mohammed seemed to be able to make the ball seam and spin at the same time but forcing the batsman to make a decision but sadly it was the wrong decision this time. But all the other times it may be different.

Unfortuantly the man facing that terrific delivery was ready settled Maungwa and he couldn't believe it. The Captain of West Indies made a great judgement! He was going really quick compared to the ducks getting shot down like the Zimbabwain batsmen were. The West Indians are estatic.

After the next few others nothing much happened apart from us smacking their teste.... i mean balls.... i mean deliveries around the park and still trying to get that important run rute closer to the destination as it currently is.

Zimbabwe : 64/2 ( 20 overs )
Carlisle : 24(53)
Vermueleun : 4(11)

Maungwa : 25(38) Dismissed by Mohammed.
Ferriera : 8(21) Dismissed by Bravo.
