Pretty good game, I am going to need to watch the replay of it during the week as I missed the first half.

Did Tarrant line up in the WAFL? Was he dropped, or was he injured? Some have said he was injured but the commentators at the start of the game said he was dropped from the game....some Freo supporters over at Bigfooty had claimed there was a chance he was going to retire, but I think they are just being morons.

We did enough to win, we don't need percentage. There was no way Fremantle was ever going to beat us and that's convincing enough for me.

Hawthorn have been ontop of the ladder for the first 3 weeks of the season, that's what they've done.

And to say they're overrated is stupid, they were the only did that Geelong didn't beat last season. You should be bowing down Lance Franklin as he single-handedly ended Mark Ricciuto's career!

And pfft, Palmer had absolutely no influence on the game against the Hawks. The majority of Rioli's possessions were much more amazing then any of what Palmer had.

Buddy is a God, ill admit that but one player doesnt make a team.

Bateman, Birchall, Brown, Campbell, Franklin, Hodge, Mitchell, Lewis, McGlynn, Rioli, Roughead, Sewell, Thorp, Williams & Young are all good young players who win rain throughout the AFL for years to come.

Ben is as one eyed as they come guys, don't even bother. Hawthorn are a great developing team but they are not rated nearly as high as Ben will have them sound.

I think he might be better off being dropped, it might get him back into some form, since it will make him work his ass off to get into the side. He cannot keep getting a game if he is going to put in a shocker, we learned that the hard way.

I am really looking forward to seeing Collingwood play Geelong, and Hawthorn play both Geelong and Collingwood I reckon they are going to be some good games. Good young teams battling it out...


I am worried about the Blues though, they have a terrible thing that they seem to come to play against Collingwood. It's going to be a challenge for us with Judd, and we have Fev as well...I think Brown might be able to handle him but damn I am going to have a nervous day!

I remember back one year when he was at Collingwood he wanted to walk away and they enticed him back, by the looks of it for us and for Freo it was a bad idea. We should have kept him we may have gotten Judd!


Seriously though he should give it away if he doesn't wanna play anymore, he is making himself look stupid and there are other players that should be given a game. I feel sorry for Freo when they traded for him, I truly thought he would have started playing.

He does have talent, there is no questioning that he just cannot pull his finger out and show it.
