Stgeorge were ordinary at times last night. Our defence was exceptional in the first half but Jamie Soward was the only one who had his head screwed on in attack. Rangi Chase was terrible in the first half.
I don't give a damn if Melbourne had 9 players out. When we lost to them 70-10 it was there first or second year in the comp, so they had no one in origin. We had like 6 players in origin but that is never mentioned.

Buttriss was good from dummy half, haven't lost too much since Withers was dropped. And what more our 2 best games of the season have come with him in the team...

NSW have been great for most of the first half. Its a real shame, but no suprise that Queensland scored right before half time.
Nice win for NSW, I know one guy will be happy with Bird's MOTM performance 
Bellamy again sparks his magic and ended Crocker 30 something unbeaten streak. He also shut down Slater and Smith very well. Wallace was awesome, great pick by the selectors. The Knights never trusted Giddley at halfback so thank God NSW didn't have to either.
Queensland really needed Prince in the side, Hunt was playing as a back rower turn 5/8 rather than fullback turn 5/8.

Hunt was crap. He took out to much effort tackling Hoffman every time he got the ball.

Stgeorge have won 4 in a row and a 1 point loss to Paramatta before this streak, then the bye next week. We will be on 16 points then if we beat Panthers 18. We will be deep in the 8 hopefully.
It was a good win last night ecspecially with the ref against us, the penalties were 10-2 agaisnt us but ended up 10-4. I was surprised Steve Clark wasn't the vid ref the fag.

All Brown doing or more the players? Raiders should take a leaf out of the Dragons book anyway, change the halves, get the right backs and forwards and watch the results. Souths have shown what youths can do now if only we could do the same.
