Holy damn! CSK let go of Athisayaraj V (Tamil Nadu local player - fast bowler). What the heck? What the hell is Balaji doing in that table? Athisayaraj is a promising local talent. And he is that guy with the slingy action and could have been a surprise element.

Damn! And seeing the purse CSK has right now, its rubbish that Hyderabad bought T Natarajan, another exciting Tamil Nadu upcoming seamer. Its clear CSK management is not looking at local players with a serious eye. Its all about stars and stardom.

No. CSK already have enough 30+ players. Ngidi is young (21 yrs) and is an unproven identity. He is a much smarter buy than Morne Morkel.

It is always nice to have a strong backup option
A big gamble taken on Ishan Kishan and Surya Kumar Yadav - 9.5 too much for these 2 uncapped players. It all comes down to the usual suspects to deliver once again - Hardik ,Rohit , Pollard and Bumrah. Overall the squad is good they just need to find the right combination according to the conditions.
