Okay, so members CAN pick local players in overseas rounds but all overseas rounds happen after local rounds. Seems fair.

Pre-Draft

- The six franchises were allowed unrestricted retentions and releases prior to the Player Draft [CLICK!]

The Player Draft

* Retentions for each team are available on their respective team posts

Start Date & Deadlines

- Player Draft begins at 12:00 PM GMT / 5:00 PM PKT / 5:30 PM IST, TOMORROW (on the 8th of September)
- All picks made before the official start time are automatically declared INVALID
- All rounds automatically lapse after 24 hours have passed since the first pick of the round
- There is a 30-minute cool down after the last pick of the round to avoid any unfair advantages; as well as to speed up proceedings

General Rules

- It is a classic first-come first-serve Player Draft; however only the teams mentioned in respective rounds are allowed to pick
- You are allowed to pick any player you wish given they are eligible (see: Player Eligibility Rules)
- A round ends when all picks for that round have been made or 24 hours have passed since the first pick of the round
- If you are last to pick in a round; you can not start the next round immediately afterwards - next round begins 30 minutes after the final pick of the previous round
- If you are last to pick in a round; the 30-minute cool-down time will start even if your pick is INVALID
- You may change your pick for the ongoing round only; INVALID picks can be changed whenever

Player Eligibility Rules

- All International cricketers are eligible; even if they only play one format of the game (Example: James Anderson)
- Players who are retired from International cricket but still play List A and/or First Class are eligible (Example: Mohammad Amir)
- Players who are Twenty20-only players (franchise leagues; not Internationals) are not eligible (Example: Eoin Morgan)

Squad & Lineup Rules

- Each squad must consist of a minimum of eighteen players; up to seven of which can be overseas signings
- Playing XIs can consist of a maximum of four overseas () players

Miscellaneous Rules - IMPORTANT

- Franchises are also allowed up to two additional injury reserves (one of which can be an overseas signing)
- You are advised to have at least two capable wicket-keeping (//) options in your squad; you must have at least one
- You are allowed to pick local players in the overseas draft since you are allowed a maximum of seven overseas players; not minimum (or exact)
- There will be a 24-hour long Transfer Window after the Player Draft concludes for free agent and team-to-team trades
- You will be choosing your own pitch types; do not worry about building your squad on how your homeground's pitch behaves IRL
- Please feel free to ask my any questions regarding any thing at all; especially ratings
