The most amazing thing about Hawthorn is that they controlled the entire match and Fremantle came back in the 3rd quarter but after Fremantle came back then Hawthorn just came back out and blew them out of the water and there was nothing Fremantle could do about it.
Never seen that before in an AFL match.

OMG, you where leading by like over 30 points in the last quarter but who pegged it back. Fremantle did, we did have something to do about it but it was to little to late. Gee forget about it as well, i am and im on the losing side here.

Its because the east just simply don't like Freo. They still have that "oh, there the newest team so therefore their a peice of crap" label.

Maybe its because they wear purple...g-hey.
And i remember that game!! Freo pumped it up all week, their supporters were all talking the talk then the mighty bombers come out and thump em'. Love it!

Lol i was 7 when i went to that game. To be honest, i was more interested in the half time food than the game. I wasn't really interested in footy at that age, but i remember my brothers foul look on his face after the match. Oh and Sean we have played in 2 finals.

It has to be more than that.
There was that one against Essendon. But in 2006 Freo made the Preliminary Final, so they had to either play in the Qualifying/Elimination Final and the Semi Final.
So its either 3 or 4 finals.
