Andrew

Post a complete list of bugs that EA has addressed in the final version of C2002 from the PS2 version and the things that users have spotted in the Demo. For a long time now you have been claiming extra time to fix all the bugs. When I buy the game I want to know that you have really fixed all the issues that this game has. I am sure this is the case for all the other fans on this website. If I am going to pay all that money for this game you guys have better addressed at least all the known bugs. Particularly the bug with how the AI batsman fails to do anything with repeated yorkers.

Hi Anan99

I actually have not dodged this. I have repeatedly described the bugs that have been fixed. Bugs fall into a variety of categories. Among them are:
- Compatibility issues with different hardware configurations. These are predominantly what we have been working on. To list all bugs that have arisen out of the hundreds of different hardware configurations is silly if not impossible. Rest assured that we tested the compatibility as much as possible and gave it the all clear.
- Programming bugs. We also did work on these. There were some fielding and commentary issues arising out of the PS2 game that we have fixed.
- Stuff that are not really bugs at all. In game development there are always things that are represented differently from how everyone would want them. These things arise for a variety of reasons, usually to do with how the game engine runs on a whole and restrictions that are inherant with game engines. Such things would include the wicket keepers inability to leave the stumps. We work to improve these with every new game.

I hope that you are satisfied. If you still want me to list the hundreds of compatibility bugs, I am sorry, but this is not possible.

Cheers

A

andrew are u saying to get the keeper bug fixed we have to buy a new version of the game? come on man you are kidding right? Isnt it your responsiblity to publish a patch at least to fix these bugs. Dont tell me that these are not bugs. Ofcourse they are bugs if the keeper does not behave the way supposed to. If you program the AI in the game wrong then its a bug its not "this is how the game works". I am very dissapointed. I really hope that you plan on fixing these "issues" taht you claim are not bugs by releasing a patch rather than making people pay more money for the things taht you have programmed wrong.
