I like to see Symonds style of batting, but he didn't do much so far in Test matches. I think next match Martyn or Clarke will be back.

Personally I would rather see Martyn play then Clarke. It's like he makes runs silently. You don't know how much he has made runs till you see the scoreboard.

He hasnt had more lives then a cat you fool. He was dropped back in 93/94 and didnt play again till 2000.Since then he has scored a loads of runs and been one of our top performers.

He had the longest scoring drought than any other Aussie batsman he wnet almost two years with out a hundred in a test, but still kept his spot.

I can't see Symonds remaining in the Test squad,
his highest score so far in five matches is just 25,
but there's no doubting he'll stay in the One Day squad.

As for Martyn or Clarke making a come-back...
I think the selectors may try another rookie again,
just like they did with Hodge and Hussey, those two worked
out well so far, so I think it's worth taking another chance.

Well i like Symonds.I prefer him to Martyn or the Nsw-man Clarke.And he is a decent bowler.I just wish he could make up his mind when batting.And we must also remember that he did get a corker from Nel.

Symonds was amazing, a great all-rounder and he deserves a regular place in the squad!
