It says I've read every single thread on PC. Now I don't know when there's a new post. I most certainly haven't read every single thread on PC. Help!

Any reason why PC has been so slow today? Getting to the forum index is quick but it takes real long to open a thread.

It has been disable cause PC becomes very slow because of this.

Wasn't it meant to reduce server issues instead of increase?

In theory yes. The idea is that the usage used by the updating is lower than the usage that refreshing uses.

I think there is a different issue here at the moment, because even with it disabled, there's some abnormally high load at the moment.

Also the Cricket Style is not able to fetch the CSS. Hence white theme with just only images and text. So weird

Well Cricket Style is fantastically ugly so anything else is an improvement.

Yes, I'm disabling a few unnecessary features for guests.

I know wherever "whitehornmatt" make his visit, there is an big improvement there but please don't change this style. It's currently the best style here for me and I suppose for many. It's not "ugly".

You could disable useless features that users visiting thread/forum but please enable online users for guest. It doesn't looks good or impressive at all.

Because it increases the load on the server and also things like instant thread views update or attachment views update.

PC seems to be a bit faster.
