Cheers evertonfan, looks like staying up all night then for some periods over the last part of the year and new year.

Well i'll be in Brisbane for the first Test so I won't be up all night for that Test. ;)

Perth will be nine, i think adelaide is 10/11 and melbourne sydney are 12. Sydney is furthest east.

You sure?

Perth is only 7 ahead of us now.

I now DST comes into affect but that's only one hour is it not?

OK stuck it in the eng/paki thread even though I think it has complete relevance to this coming ashes series. Reverse swing is indeed a dark art, even Fletcher is now admitting it.

Err, we're (Melbourne/Sydney) ten hours ahead of you's, and Perth is eight, seeing as it's two behind us....at least I think that's right? And, yes, Sydney is the furthest east.
Wait, I didn't take into account day light savings or anything...oh well.

Ok I have checked ouit the times zone wise:

Western Australia 7 Hours ahead. Northern Territory 9? Hours ahead. Southern Australia 9? ahead. Queensland 10 ahead. NSW 10 ahead and Victoria 10 ahead. So is tasmania.

That is the current time not sure if it'll change :p.

Nope those timezones come Ashes time will be right. Can't remember when Queensland go 1 hour behind NSW and Victoria though.

Daylight savings starts on October 1st for Tasmania and October 29th for ACT, NSW, Victoria and South Australia and finishes on March 25th 2007. And it's forward an hour for those states only.

Source :D
