Somehow I feel Pakistan or Sri Lanka might end up breaking this bat 1st and win the game thing.

Going into the world cup Arshdeep should be in the X! I feel.
Completely different conditions though.
Avesh Khan selection I feel was due to his ability to hit hard lengths which is ideal for Australian conditions. (But needs to be dropped given his recent performances).
The worrying sign is we still don't know our playing XI too many players resting before the series and slotting of certain players in the squad who are nowhere near the squad in the previous series are given a chance.
And the upcoming Australia and South Africa series might be a chance to rectify and have a stable XI atleast.

Aren’t we supposed to name our WT20 squad before those series’ though? No more time for experimentation in that case. Looks like the team is pretty set in stone anyway though, doubt anybody is getting dropped other than Avesh/Chahar being swapped for Bumrah and Harshal coming in for one of the spinners/Arshdeep. Shastri made the point of how illogical it was to not have an extra pacer in place of a spinner given the possibility of one of the pacers needing rest/injury and I can’t disagree with that. Would have loved to see us take another 140+ bowler to Australia alongside Bumrah but it looks like a pipe dream now.

Yes we came close in the first two test but a loss is a loss. As @SaiSrini said Kohli wont enjoy the protection that Dhoni got as his ego pisses off the crowd as well now. Ganguly was aggressive too, but he built the team. Ravi Shastri definitely has to go as he is just a yes man to Kohli. Some serious nerf in power is needed from Kohli's hand. This is the only thing that will prevent him from being the best in world.

Thanks for confirming, I don't know the context of that clip but it did look like Arshdeep was saying something and Rohit just walked off.
