We are on our way to the top!
Bangladesh cricket star Shakib Al Hasan today announced in a press conference that his side are on the improve and will become serious contenders in all forms of cricket by 2010. "We are no easy beats anymore and I think we should be given more test matches and series against cricketing nations like Australia and South Africa". ICC TWENTY/20 WORLD CUP
Match No.4, Live from Trent Bridge
BANGLADESH vs INDIA

Match Preview

Both sides will be looking to get their Twenty/20 world cup campaign off to a good start in what should be a very good game of cricket. The defending champions India will go into match as hot favourites but Bangladesh are a side that are almost capable of anything on their day. Though India have a much stronger side on paper, Bangladesh have caused many upsets over the last few years and they have had good success in the shorter forms of the game.
Yuvraj Singh will be the player to watch out for in the India lineup, he has proven to be a capable match winner in the shorter forms of the game and can take the match away from the opposition if he is able to fire. Tamim Iqbal is the player to watchout for in the Bangladesh side, only 19 years of age he has become a key figure in Bangladesh's batting lineup and is arguably the hardest hitter of a cricket ball in Bangladesh's batting lineup.

Bangladesh XI:
S Nafees, T Iqbal, M Ashraful, S Al Hasan, Nazimuddin, Mahmudullah, M Rahim, M Mortaza, A Razzak, S Rasel, M Alam

India XI:
(yet to be named)

Very nice start so far mate, good neat and tidy presentation, of course I am going to be supporting Bangladesh, hoping they can cause an upset ;)

Good luck :)

nice start :)

i see you updated your 1st post, and deleted the old story. i think it would be better if you update your story on a new post, that way every 1 will have a chance to read it.

nice BD XI too, but i dont like that Alam guy :p

Thanks for the comments guys, I'll have the next update done sometime today.

I still don't reckon Nafees should be in the T20 squad. He is a lot like Katich, scores really slowly but is very solid in defence.
