Blasphemy, sacrelige and a question!

this one was at least a good financial succes for them as I have come to understand it.
The Wii version, which was undoubtedly the worst, raked it in. Which of course is the problem, they made more money with a game that was a slight mod of BLIC07 than they did with a completely rewritten one.

The first real cricket game on Wii was always going to sell like that. Thing is, Transmission didn't make it D:

I would love:

Depth of game and custom-ability: Cricket 07

360 batting and intuitive bowling and online play (if they sort the server out!): Ashes 09

Shot choices: Cricket Revolution

Career and Stats: Cricket Coach 3.12

:)
We all should like those. We are living in the wrong era for that. Quality and customer satisfaction and realism-in-game have been replaced with soulless 'whatever' plus a veneer of graphical effects, effects, effects--such cheapness cannot hope to replace honest and realistic content and play.
