Career mode should I move countries?

So I've been playing for a while now on career and I've been offered to play in the jlt sheffield league and a Caribbean league. I have been declining because I want to stay playing for Lancashire. If I accept to go can I go back to Lancashire when the new season starts? Or should I just go to better my career? Thanks

Yeah you can play for other teams. The other leagues normally are during the off season.

Why do you lose the ability to play for your club when your only playing domestic? Alot of club matches you could be playing but being on the JLT roster for instance stops you engaging in any further club matches, even if you reject any future contract requests to play in Domestic.
