You can still tell it's based on the C4 gfx and it still needs a lot of work.
-Too many pepsi logos/ too big
-Logos in silly places like down the left hand side
-Logos looks stretched/ pixalated
-It's all a bit hard on the eye

The last one doesn't look too bad but it looks far too similar to the C4 gfxs
