After those two, Butcher (Century vs. Sid), and then the tail. Andrews a feeble bat, Rheams an abysmal with high concentration, then two worthlesses.
And that's the end of the match. TT Lions won by 6 wickets.
Old Wulfs 236-10
TT Lions 237-4
Good game, but nice to have revenge over the fluke burst of otto and the one man show Gilroy. Noticed you worked best chasing, hence my decision to field. Came off quite nicely...
They were in a hurry to wrap it up though. After Rudi fell, they whacked the 25 runs off 16 balls, with 3 boundaries to Crouch and one to Shipp. Not bad.
I think the best thing about this though was my openers. They normally have the terrible habit of both falling within the first 10, one usually falling in the first 3. But this time to put up a 72 run partnership in only 93 balls, a good pace too. And it was another 30 runs till Whing fell, good stuff.

MOTM: Rudi
Quite happy. Bowling was far superior, despite batting being lower. No suprise on the MOTM, 10-1-50-5 and 73 off 71 with 6 fours and a six. Gally pitching in with a fantastic 51 off 48 balls, 6 fours and two sixes. Brilliant for a defensive batsman! Whing an Cox with a good opening partnership, nice allround performance.
But the first innings had just four individual performances. Tuckett and Rudi taking 5 apiece (Folkes next best with 0/40), and Gilroy with 109, Mason 93 (Next highest was Fieldwicks 10*!)
Out of curiousity, no Jarret? The star of your first win over me??
