My PC has been 5-6 hours straight. Are these voltages and temperatures normal for a quad-core (Q8200)?

Are those temps idle or under full load?

PS> your Quad could do with a faster graphics card. :p

Idle, if playing CS can be termed idle because it isn't really resource heavy. BTW, temperatures are only about 3C to 4C lower when the PC has just started.

Yeah a little high, but to be honest it depends what the temps are under full load. Your cpu's official max temp before thermal throttling kicks in is 71c for the 8200 version, and 76c for the 8200s version. Ideally however you want full load temps to be below that. I would advise that if they go any higher than 60c under full load to check your cpu fan for dust. If it's clean remove the fan and apply some arctic silver thermal compound and reseat the fan/heat sink. Failing all that, buy an after market cooler.

Download this, run a torture test, select run Small FFT's. Run for 10 minutes closely monitoring the temps. If you're temps get higher than 70c then you're in trouble. Most games don't push the cpu this hard, but its a good benchmark. The cooler you keep you're processor, the longer it will live.

Yes, from Dell. I played NFS-MW on full settings last night for about an hour and the temperatures just didn't budge, same around 47 and 51. Only the GPU temperature went up to 50C.

PS: Are the voltages alright?

Well if the increase in temp under full load is only around 10c then you should be fine. ;)

Volts look fine. :)
