1. great idea !!!
2. maybe a little bit more improvement - the grafics should be a little more realistic, how about some 4s and 6 papers - like in real life ?

to many flags, just done that down a bit, then it would be fine.

Not bad for the first attempt but it still needs a bit of work.

A few things you could do are:

1)Fix the flags as they just look like pieces of paper, maybe you can get a wavey flag on a stick and make the person hold that instead.

2) Don't make every person in the crowd hold something because then it just looks ridiculous.

3) Try getting other signs like Akira said of 4's and 6's and stuff like that.
