Any idea when the PC version DVD for DBC 17 would be released? I have the DBC 14 collectors edition DVD. Is there any similar release planned for DBC 17 PC?

No. Only digital version (Steam) available, no DVD this time.

As stated above, DBC17 is digital only. So Steam is the only option to play the game on PC.
