Euro Cup Video question

i purchased the Euro Cup Video package from uefa.com
which entitles me to replays and highlights .
but when i go to choose a video it still says 1.99 euros next to the play button, does this mean im still paying 1.99 euros every time i watch the video or is it just always there? i just dont want to be paying 1.99 euros every time i watch the video. or would it tell me im being charged?
