There is no specific rule regarding capped players. I just mentioned them in bold so it will be easier for managers to find the best players and sort which ones to pick

If they want, they can have only 1 player from different county of their country in their squad. This player won't be counted as overseas/foreign. Eg- If Queensland team wants Shaun Marsh (Western Aus), they can get him but he will be the only player they can get from Western Australia.
