Nauman isn't a moderator, he isn't involved in the day to day running of the site, and just helps us with coding from time to time.
Post count has no bearing on position at the site, quality not quantity. Activity on the site is a factor in mod choices, but no one is selected on that alone, there is a combination of factors at play. In Nauman's case, the expertise he brought with him was why he is on the staff.
Asking to become a mod won't make you one, it does more harm than good.
Searching before posting is helpful, and gives you a quicker answer.
