I can't imagine Sehwag making a match winning 4th innings hundred like this for India. Smith has done it for South Africa.
I can't see Smith making a double-ton against a rampaging Murali and Mendis in Sri Lanka. Besides, your comment demonstrates your short-sightedness because Sehwag just recently played a match-saving knock against Australia in the second innings. When the rest of the top order crumbled, Sehwag shone, scoring 151 of the team's 269 runs.

Sehwag fires when the rest of the team fails. :p

That's a fantastic trait. I mean, only three people got to double figures in the first innings, Sehwag got 201*!

Cricketman added 3 Minutes and 19 Seconds later...

Shewag is just like Afridi, he cannot be trusted but Smith is a performer :)

Sehwag got a triple century in the last test series (319) against an awesome team of South Africa, and got his best knock ever just a few days ago!

Its worst comparison. Its like comparing Warne to Bret Lee. Both batsman have diffrent style and are poles apart.

Wonder anyone thinks before making these comparisons.

Add another one to the Sehwag matchwinning innings list.India have won at Galle !
I reckon this is one of his best.

That is what its all about ... Winning . And comparison is fair enough. Both batsmen have played those form of games and yeah played enough of them. And at this time of Cricket Era any team would likely to go with a player with better strike rates. If they don't then just forget about that AUS VS SA match. Remember more than 800 runs in a single match.
