Your Cricket how to control wides on seaming pitch

It's a pitch that has a lot of seam for the quick bowlers. I had to bowl on this kinda pitch last game. threw a couple of wides but i adjusted to bowl just short of length and boy did i enjoy taking some wickets.

so the ball bounces more?

The ball grips slightly more on a seaming pitch, meaning more sideways movement off the seam. Some pitches naturally just grip more than others, but usually the most pronounced effects are because of moisture. Pitches are often given a final watering some time before play; in Test conditions this is usually what gives assistance to the pace bowlers on the first morning. A pitch can also soak up a fair bit of water if exposed to rainy conditions for too long; this can add to the difficulty in batting after a rain break. Moisture tends to evaporate over time, but one way a pitch can hold it in is if the grass on top is still green; hence the properties of a 'greentop'.

Shane Warne has a saying "if it seams, it spins," meaning spinners observe the same effect, but pace bowling tends to take effect (ie, wickets) before spinners are brought in.
