We did not beat England I think last time we played when they were not this explosive, I am really doubting we will this time around as well. Lets hope for the best
We have beaten the ‘new’ England, the last time they visited us.

What so big deal about this eng team. They scored 481 on road pitch were rohit , kholi and dhawan would have hit double century. Aussies are also not that great team. I bet they will be strangled by spin twins. IMHO My bet is 2-1 in t20i and 3-0 in ODI.

No chance. Even when they toured India they gave a good fight in both ODI and T20 so don't underestimate!!!

Nah. Not that easy! England are not the same England who used to always underperform in LOI's anymore. They have a squad that should be called favorites for the World Cup next year. The way they bulldozed Australia in the recent ODI's (especially that 481 massacre) should sound a warning. And they played there without Stokes and Woakes. If those two return, they should get far more stronger.

Also India will play the limited overs first, giving them lesser time to acclimatize. I definitely see England winning the T20's. ODI's can be closer, but I still think England will come out on top. I believe its going to be the test series this time, that will be incredibly contested (I am backing India to get that elusive test series win in England after 11 years).

India aren't the same side anymore they have a much better bowling attack now. England would get stuck on the crease facing our spin attack in the middle overs. And yes Australia have exposed England's weakness today. BTW I think India will be watching this match :spy

England haven't been in form in T20 cricket. In fact, last time they were beaten badly by NZ and Aus. At this point, it's the ODI team that will pose the biggest challenge to the Indians.

India have done very well in the last few months in limited overs cricket. I expect them to pose a big challenge to the English. We have a good bowling attack with variety and batting that is far settled compared to Australia.

Expecting an England 2-1 victory in the ODIs, followed by 2-1 India in the T20's. ODI's are too tough to call but I feel it will be England winning.

That is a sweet victory. Been following the scores the entire A tour and we seriously have some pretty solid talented bench. Gill, Vihari, Pant, Shaw they all have displayed tremendous amount of skills in batting and Chahar, Ahmed, Thakur, Krunal have shown how well they can bowl as well. I would say a sweet victory in the finals against the home side. England Lions A did have players who have been part of English squad like Foakes, Dawson, Topley, Livingston if I am not wrong so its good to see we performed against good players.

I was following the score and was impressed how Pant built his innings. He definitely is a little better above the others.

Same here. I was daily checking the scores. And you forgot about Mayank Agarwal. He scored 3 centuries in the tour. Very impressed with the top 3 batsmen and Chahar. Man, he was amazing. Bowled well in all the matches. I was surprised to see Iyer failing but that didn't affect the team performance as others covered for him. Good tour for us. Our bench strength definitely inspires confidence.

Oh yes, how did I forget him. Mayank Agarwal will go down as another Badrinath who keeps knocking but unfortunately wont find a place in the side as we already have 3 openers. I do not see Dhawan Rahul and Sharma fail all together.
