i'd like to thank the icc for actually putting a majority scotland games at times that i would actually watch most of them

We might do well against Afghanistan but I can't see us doing a great deal more in what is clearly a harder group. Although I would laugh so, so much if we somehow managed to beat England...

Great result against Ireland today. Strong batting from Machan and Berrington and Evans looks like a good find in the bowling department. Now to beat someone in a game that counts...

Even better result against the West Indies today, even if it was a loss on paper, an amazing effort to nearly do it.

With 30 needed from 24 , I thought The Scottish would easily win with the kind of hitting form Berrington was in. But then Cross got out.
Still a very Gritty performance especially from Berrington and the skipper. Very optimistic for them to beat England. :)

I'd more more optimistic if Cook was still captain ;)

well, it's been a successful series of warm ups, feel a bit daft "supporting" Scotland at a cricket event but I'd love to see them cause an upset. I think we're one of the few nations yet to cause a real surprise in a world cup.
