Ashwin really struggling here. I do not understand bowling Pandya and Ashwin in tandem against a new batsman. Really unsmart cricket.

This is a 77 over old ball and Ashwin does not seem fully fit. With a newer ball and the revs that Moeen imparts, it will look completely different. There is enough there with a newer ball and fresher bowlers. Also, Curran is the best batsman in the world at the moment.

7 overs of Hardik Pandya and a tired Ashwin when the opposition are effectively 153/6! Horrible captaincy which noone no bothering to call on air.

Just don't let them cross anything close to 250(lead).. we might win this one although it still won't be easy. Somewhere down the line our batsmen have shown patience even if it was Pant which inspires confidence, maybe we can pull this off. Dhawan and KL surely need to do something along with Rahane and the rest should be handled by Pujara and Kohli, our lower order is unpredictable and scores below 50 combined most of the times so no hope but their unpredictability might go our way for the first time? Fingers crossed.

Im surprised noone is talking about this bizzare, senseless captaincy by Kohli. I still cannot get over the fact that Pandya has bowled 9 overs on the trot to a side that was 152/6. Tactical dimwit, our captain.

They are doing that now and correctly so. What a horrible captain Kohli is! New ball due but still keeps Ashwin on and Pandya bowling 9 on the trot. Absolutely ridiculous. My gosh, Ashwin bowling with the new ball now... I can't watch!
