Is Hooda not being played because he is a legitimate threat to Kohli’s number 3 spot unlike Shreyas?

Are you aware that this game isn't telecasted on TV? Plus I don't want to subscribe a whole year package of FANCODE just for a single series. Also busy with academics and TPCL.
There is a tour pass option at Rs.99/- I say it's quite reasonable since you get to see entire series at the price. Though I missed out on ODIs, I purchased the pass just for T20I. WI are quite competitive in this format. So value for money.

Big wicket that!!! The way Mayers started hitting it, it seemed like this target would be chased down in 15-18 overs!

I am not liking the way Darren Sammy is boasting about Chris Gayle! Yeah he was great but why would you need to compare with Mayers?

West Indies should go hard IMO. A boundary per over minimum unless the over is really well bowled sort of hard. They have batting till ten and some powerful hitters yet to come in.

Not liking Hetty at five though. He is the type of talent that wins you games at three once he is in.

I was really critical on Bhuvi last year, this year a fit Bhuvi has been lethal.

A fit and in rhythm Bhuvi is world-class. The problem is that he tends to break down too often too easily. Seems that we have learnt our lesson though and we’re only playing him in T20Is and even resting him there sometimes in view of the WC. Wouldn’t be surprised if he returns to the ODI setup once that is over if he demonstrates consistency in his fitness.

That victory was rather too comfortable at the end. Perhaps one of the batters converting their start could've helped the West Indies.

Bishnoi has bowled 22 googlies today.

Exactly, also no limit on screens as well, tried using multiple screens at the same time.

Actually no! From cricinfo and apparently all 3 instances involved India :p

This isn't the first time luggage delays have caused havoc in India v West Indies contests. In 1994, the Vizag ODI was a reduced-overs affair after the luggage for the teams went to Madras (now Chennai) instead of Visakhapatnam! A decade before that, the October 1984 India v Australia match in Jamshedpur was eventually called off after delayed arrival of the team kits. Funny sport!
