Yup, quite a lot gone in to this patch. I've been doing quite a bit with the AI, which should see even better improvements, as well as a lot of time in to how the game works in future seasons with regens and the like.

Nice having the ball-tracker display text for LBWs back and fixed a few other bugs.

LBW pitch and strike position text display added.
All test tour squad sizes set to 18.
Squad selection AI balance improved (including contracts).
Strike rate and economy rate accuracy fix.
Correct 2010 Aus and Pakistan tour squad selection.
Database amendments (response to forum suggestions).
County FC bonus points for wickets at 120 no longer includes retired hurt (unless all-out).
Fix for recent Aus state T20 competition history update.
Fixed Aus test captaincy offer threshold.
Fix for squad re-selection in tours with long gaps.
World cup AI squad selection improved.
Fix for AI taking power-plays in the middle of an over when a wicket falls.

You have to go onto Internet Games and it automatically downloads it.

The files aren't available for someone to upload here as its all done automatically.

Hi, ive just recently bought a new pc and was wondering what this game was like. In a nutshell, is it championship/football manager just with cricket??? And is it just on-line or single player??? Cheers.

If you want a more Football manager feel, I'd say check out Cricket Coach.

There's single player where you can choose a normal career for county teams (where if you do well you get offered the national job as well), international career, single matches and the world cup (I think). And then there's online play.

It means you've modified that file in some way, and the updater can't recognise that version.

You shouldn't have an altered copy of the cricket.exe file in the first place...what were you doing with it?
