after you restart explorer.exe, u dont get a taskbar?
ideally it should be there...

any new programs you have installed???

It looks like it's gone now, I downloaded Prevx2.0 and did a scan of all running programs/components. It then did a clean-up then rebooted my computer. I've logged back on and it hasn't come up so I think I've conquered it!
