Heres something to try for those of you still playing this game.
The Late Cut animation has been replaced with a forward defence animation.
The Late Cut shot attributes have been changed so the ball comes off the bat at faster speed. The shot restricts the CPU from using it against spinners as well.
The result is being able to run the ball down to third man. Real good for one day situations. In tests the ball will be fielded alot by the slips, although it can get through for runs. I played around with the power settings so that the ball doesnt rocket down to third man, thereby giving the fielder a chance to to field it if it goes slightly wide of him and slow enough so a batsman can actually complete a run without being runout.
A good way to milk the bowling but if you dont time it right you will edge to slips.
