LAB won't be country based from Season 4. This is because only the top 4/5 teams like Australia, England, WI, RSA can actually win a season here. The others cannot win which is unfair to the manager of those teams. I'm thinking of making it similar to RBPL with 8 teams whose names will be decided by the managers once they are distributed. These teams can pick any player living or dead from any era in a draft and this will make competitions more even.

Whoa! You deserve a pat on your back for doing this arduous work to list the stats in various category. Also, I liked the move to make LAB a non-country based league as it will give more scope to every team and won't be restricted to the top test playing nations only. Moreover, it will be fun to dig the little known but mighty players out of their graves (:p) and have them playing (despite being virtual cricket). I hope first class gems are allowed as well and not just players who have donned the test caps for their respective nations.

Oh, thats great! Itching to see the things get kick-started. Oh, bye the way, if I'm not around, I'd like to inform you that I'm definitely interested for the upcoming season of this iconic league (do I really need to tell this? ;))

Season 4 interest declaring procedure starts.

LAB is officially not country based any more. Season 4 will have 10 teams whose names shall be decided by the managers whom they are allotted to.
Format i.e 5-day matches remains the same. There will be a draft where any player from any era starting after the year 1800 till present can be selected. For now those interested may declare their interest and after sufficient people have declared their interest, I'll start distributing the teams.
All those declaring interest must remember that this isn't a first come first serve system. Managers will be selected on basis of experience and reliability so those who miss out should accept the managerial appointment decisions sportingly.​

Ah well, I would hae loved WI but, its not that anymore. So, I will just watch. And, those are incredible, the stats. Well done!
