Well, my mum sees a lot of paedophiles as she works in sheltered housing. The employees are supposed to be really freindly to them but as my mum says, it's impossible.

There was a kid that went to my old school (in the same year as me). He was recently put into sheltered housing program and the new identity thing because he ***** a 3 year old (I believe she was par of his family).

Punishment? Well, the balls thing might screw them up even more, so I suggest hanging them. Seriously.
