I think Ashwin, Jakati (with help from Raina) should be enough on this track. If they dont do well, its their mistake. Three spinners is too much of a luxury.

Chennai on a roll! 6/3 Delhi! Bollinger, Ashwin and the Chennai fielders are sensational! What a game this is again turning out!

Whooohooooo... Sehwag and Warner OUT WITHIN 5 FRIGGIN' RUNS!!

If Delhi win this and Chennai win the next one, KKR is still out. This game doesnt decide KKR's fate

Great game, absolutely great game. The crowd is pumping up the atmosphere, completely behind CSK here. Delhi is finding it hard to connect while playing in this cauldron of energy sapping heat and the heat pumped up by the CSK fans. Even 113 looks like a threatening total.

Definitely the start that was needed for a good contest. Delhi will need to be patient and perhaps shelve the cross-batted shots, especially when the ball is on the stumps, as anything could happen. Chennai will just need to keep the pressure on and keep attacking.

Chennai need to up the ante. They need a wicket and they don't need bowlers conceding a run every ball. That will get Delhi over the line. It just seems like they've backed off too much.

Match is gone to Delhi now... Its almost over for Chennai in this game. Gambhir and Manhas took it away.

If Delhi win this with 2 overs to spare, how much does their NRR go up? Chennai are still in the race for the semis. They got to extend this game till the last over. Edit: Oh damn! 5 to win off 14 balls. DD will win this with 2 overs to spare. DAMN!

Delhi on +0.066 and Chennai on +0.270. Chennai lose 0.078 in the run rate and Delhi gained just 0.042. The first 4 wickets helped us take the game close enough to not have a major dent on the NRR. Chennai HAVE TO BEAT PUNJAB TO QUALIFY! If Deccan beat Punjab tomorrow, they get to 14 points (Delhi already on 14). If Chennai lose to Punjab then, its all over for them because Mumbai, RCB, DD and DC (or KKR/RR) will qualify. If Deccan lose to Punjab tomorrow, Chennai can lose to Punjab and still hope to make it if Delhi beat Deccan (and Kolkata beat RR and lose to Mumbai). FREAKING calculations there! Hope Chennai doesnt leave their fate in other team's hands and wins against Punjab. If we win, either Deccan or Delhi go out.

Very good permutations and combinations, Sai. Well done.

But my heart says CSK will be out of the tournament as KXIP bowlers are doing really great job these days. I would like to see SUPER OVER again. :happy

CSK supporters, look Delhi has still the power. It was a bowlling track and well batted by Gautam Gambhir. He deserves really appreciation. :clap

It was nice to see Nehra picking up the crucial wickets as he is picked up for World T20 in Indian squad. Once again bad team selection by CSK, Muralitharan or Kemp should have been there instead of Hussey.

Delhi Daredevils. GO GO GO >>> :happy

Hussey was useless. As I said before the game, Kemp must have been there. He would have been a bowling option too. Morkel and Balaji were absolutely toothless.

To whom did Gambhir wave his bat after reaching his 50? That gesture was quite animated. The guys of today take criticisms too much to their heart. Gambhri's criticism about his run outs is justified. If he did that gesture in response to those criticisms, he is stupid. He still hasnt proved that he can minimize the amount of run outs he is involved in. And the worse thing is that, he doesnt make the attempt to dive

Hayden is horribly out of form. He should be replaced with some other overseas batsman and Hussey should be dropped too for Kemp or Perera.

Hayden plays on reputation. If he clicks, he can be devastating. He won the away match for us against Delhi Daredevils. So we are hoping that he clicks anytime.

Pretty averaging batting by CSK, that is also meant to be their strength. The bowlers at least made a bit of a game of it, Bollinger going nicely once again and was pretty dam good with the bat too.

The pool is still wide open

As Sai said anyone from here can be in Semi's

Including DC,DD and Csk

DC may beat Punjab today by good run rate and than if Chennai also wins against Punjab by good run rate than it will depend on the Net Run rate.

Delhi has to play against DC and if DC wins that than they are surely in Semi's

KKR also has a bit of a chance if they win both their matches with good Run Rate.

And RR is also on 12 points and if they win with good run rate against KKR they too have a chance...

:D
